August

- We took Kennedy for shakes to celebrate her birthday

- Nana and Kendall had an outing to riverwoods

- Band practice / dress rehearsal with Carson

- Andrew & Maya Durrant did swim team together all summer

- The boat works again (we hope it will continue to) ... it has been a long summer with the boat

- Parker grandkids plus the Parker garage sale

- End of summer outings to Manilla Pond & Splash Summit

- We put up a rainbow as a sign for hope back in April when things were crazy, and we left it up all summer! 

- Rachel dog sits a neighbor's dog named Jack and he is pretty crazy, so if anyone goes with her, they get up on the counter so that they won't get humped - not kidding 

- Rachel tried out for volleyball at the Jr. High School, and didn't make it.  It was a huge bummer!  So many of her friends and her younger cousin, Brynn, made it too.  Everyone was so sweet and the Murray's brought her a candy poster.  It was a hard week, but then we got an email saying that they had a spot on their C team.  She was thrilled to have a spot on the team with so many friends. 

August - Bear Lake with the Jenkins

We went with the Jenkins family to Bear Lake in late August.  The kids had a blast together!  Morgan and Leslie bring the games and we provide the candy.  So fun to experience the blue water and the raspberry shakes!  

School starts with masks

Thank heaven school is starting in person - the kids and I need it!  They are willing to wear masks to be able to go and not do online school!  Have a great year, kids!
