Being a mom is the best. And kudos to Brandon and Rachel for making it such a fun weekend. B & R ran some mother's day errands on Friday (I wasn't sure what to do in the house by myself, so I got ready, cleaned, and did some computer stuff...lame, I know). Brandon did great with Rachel in multiple stores (impressive!) and he only lost one of her toys. :) We went to Bongo Room for breakfast yesterday, pancakes in bed this morning, got some new earrings and dried peaches (my fave), and a delicious sandwich for lunch made by B, and we topped it off with a knock-off PF Changs lettuce wrap recipe for dinner. Yum! A perfect 1st Mother's Day! Initially I was supposed to be in Utah this weekend with my mom's, but it's probably best I stayed here (lots to do before we leave) and plus, we can hold out for one more month, right?! Love you both - happy mother's day!
