Sorry, I love Rhoades frozen cinnamon rolls. I'm no help at all. My Aunt Rachel has an awesome one she makes all the time. If you called her she would give it to you and give you instructions over the phone.
Sorry this is not a comment on cinnamon rolls but congratulations on your baby boy! I will be pulling for you to have him a day early :) I hope you are feeling well and I wish I would have known you were going to Ellen we live 15 minutes from the studio! Next time!
