Weird January

We had the weirdest weather this January!  It only snowed once or twice (I think) and the kids played out back quite a bit.

- said goodbye to Cade, who left for two internships (Arkansas & Wisconsin) - he will be back in August
- went to the ice castles in Midway with the Parker family
- we had an activity days about disability awareness (one of the leaders is legally blind and she made special glasses for them to see how she sees)
- Rachel can put Carson to sleep!  Hello babysitting again!
- we facetimed with Cade and he played a piano song for us (he must be bored)
- went with Kendall's preschool to a field trip to the dentist office and bowling
- Rachel won 1st place in the writing contest for her grade about the best day ever (which happened to be about the day we got Molly - oops!)
- took Rachel and her friends to see "The Greatest Showman"
- kids went sledding that one time it snowed enough to sled (and we had to go first thing in the morning, so the snow wouldn't be gone at Evergreen's hill)
- baby Chandler was born (Kyle & Katherine's) and we got to babysit him for a few hours when he was 5 days old
- went to the Bean Museum and the Creamery on a Monday holiday
- Carson loves the swing and can do push ups (not really, but it looks like it)
