Crazy News!

On March 25th we put up our house for sale!  The decision was an extremely difficult one given the wonderful relationships we have developed with so many in our area, but we felt that it was the right time to relocate.  We anticipated it taking several months to sell our home, but shockingly, we received and accepted a full price offer within 24 hours of it being on the market.  There is a darling, young LDS family moving in (with one little boy), and it just simply felt right.  We knew we needed to sell first, and selling so quickly was a confirmation that what we are doing is the right thing.  Everything has gone so smoothly!  After the inspection, the buyers didn't ask us to fix anything (phew!) and the appraisal just came back today right at the purchase price.  Huge blessings!  I can truly feel that Heavenly Father is guiding us through this process.

And now where to move?!  We're not sure yet, so we're trying to secure and move into a rental by the end of the month.  Hopefully these baby ducks will hatch soon because the kids would be so disappointed if they didn't get to see that, and now that the appraisal is done, I can start packing boxes.  The word of the month is FAITH!  This whole thing has taken a lot of faith on my part, which has been difficult since I am a planner and don't like the idea of all this unknown.  But I am confident that we will find a good place for our family, and am excited for the new changes.
