We hot air ballooned, we raced, we paraded, we water fought, we watched fireworks! The 4th is a full two days of fun activities and family traditions. We don't love everything about the 4th (parade), but we do it with a happy face and tired eyes! Brandon made his debut at the water fight as Richard Simmons with Donald Trump as Uncle Irvin. Brandon said that he was there to "Make America Fit Again."
We were impressed with the race results for kids' 1 miles race:
Rachel - 9:17 5th place for 8-9 year olds (she one of the youngest)
Andrew - 10:11 1st place for 4-5 year olds (he is one of the oldest)
Kendall - 17:16 5th place for 1-3 year olds (she is one of the oldest)
